Halloween is a big part of American culture. On October 31st, kids will dress up in costumes and go house to house and get candy from people. Kids look forward to getting out and getting free candy. Often, people will buy decorations and decorate there house and front yard. Halloween is a holiday that is mostly for kids. At my grandmas campground every year, she has a costume contest with kids ranging from all ages. Halloween is just one of many American traditions. There is haunted house that come around during the beginning of October to the end.
