I was in the metro waiting in line to buy my ticket. There was an elderly man in front of me who about to pay for his ticket. He didn't seem to understand how the the metro tickets worked and so he too busy talking to the lady to realize his cane fell over. I picked it up and placed it against the counter but as he ws paying it fell over again. It fell a total of three times and each time I picked it up and placed it against the wall. He never noticed and so he never thanked me but I didn't mind. I was still happy with myself for having helped him even though he would never know about it. If…
