The International Personality Item Pool questionnaire (IPIP) is a tool used by certain organization during the hiring process in order to determine whether an applicant has the competence for a certain position. While the accuracy and effectiveness are important, the usage of comparable questionnaires can raise some ethical problems when it comes to privacy or humanization. Using the teleological framework, while the process can seem unethical, the end goal's importance makes such issues pointless.
