Nearly 18 years ago, there was a terrorist attack on the US Twin towers in New York City. The attack happened on September 11th, 2001, and is often referred to as 9/11. The attacks were lead by the terrorist group known as Al-Qaeda, whose leader is Muslim/Arab. Most or the people who hijacked the airplanes during the attack were Saudi-Arabian as well (CNN.com).
