This article’s main point of discussion concerns the various countries surrounding Ukraine, and where these Ukrainian civilians are headed in order to escape all the bombings from Russia and other sovereign nations. I will now explain this situation through the perspective of the founder of modern utilitarianism, Jeremy Bentham.
