After going through Dawson College’s website and reading about many of their sustainable initiatives, I was able to acknowledge that they are extremely advanced towards their environmental ideas and efforts in comparison to us. One of their project that I found the most interesting was the ‘Monarch Butterfly Nursery’. The staff and students work altogether to provide monarchs safety and allow them to grow as they are an endangered species and their population has been degrading.
