It has been 10 months since I have started working in a retail store. It has been 10 months since I see our stores and world as unsustainable. I saw it by evaluating how much a big store like mine can consume in energy and material every day. For example, the amount of paper that is consumed for receipts and bureaucratic forms is huge.
