In this movie, it becomes the habit of a man of degrading and objectifying the women. One day, when he (Damien) is walking down the street and talking with his friend, he bumps his head in a street sign. When he becomes conscious, he found himself in the other world in where women are dominant and men are submissive. In that part of movie, he realized that how one feels when a person is treated as a second-rate individual only because of gender difference. In that world, he gets a job as a personal assistant of a lady called Alexandra who played a role of highly-powered writer in this movie.
