Communication is the most effective tool a health care provider possesses to deal with the disease. Even before the disease needs to be treated, the person should be made ready for receiving the treatment by maintaining a positive attitude towards it. This can only be done if the provider has good and effective communication skills. The article emphasizes this idea, and how with better interactions with the patient, patients feel more satisfied with the treatment. Working in the group enabled me to understand that better.
