Be knowledgable about your students' needs, in order to maintain and inclusive classroom. Inclusion will not always be successful, but trying to maintain it, enforce it and believe in it is what counts. As much as I do support it, I think it is extremely important that students with specific needs receive the proper accommodations. However, it is important to understand that these accommodations may not always be accessible in all schools, I strongly believe that all efforts to create an inclusive classroom are absolutely necessary.
