This is the project we made for HMB342 Group 8. All code was written specifically for this analysis and modified to fit the Nucleus Independent Living dataset structure. Data Source The dataset used in this analysis was provided by Nucleus Independent Living, a community partner organization. The data contains de-identified information about 4,000 clients receiving home care services and their hospital utilization patterns, including baseline demographics and 12-month pre- and post-service healthcare costs.
