I think that “affordable and accessible high-speed broadband access” should absolutely be a guarantee to all Americans. It doesn’t need to be free, but it should at least be more affordable. According to the Pew Research Center, internet usage among U.S. citizens has increased from 52% in 2000 to 90% as of 2019. The website also shows that as of 2019 95% of U.S. citizens between the ages of 65 and 18 use the internet.
