Introduction

Hi everyone! I’m Nika and I’ve pretty much lived in Nuremberg, a city that’s a 20-minute train ride from Erlangen, my entire life, but I grew up speaking both German and Russian because my parents are from Crimea. One thing I really appreciate about Nuremberg is that I can walk everywhere or, if I’m too lazy, take the subway or the bus to get somewhere, which seems to be a big cultural difference between Germany and the US and something I find bewildering because I can’t imagine my life without a daily visit to the grocery store for a little treat! However, I love discussing things like that…
