Is abortion right? Or a right?

Abortion morality is a sensitive topic that has been debated for decades. While some say that abortion is immoral because it includes the death of a human being, others argue that women have a fundamental right to control over their bodies. If this topic is looked at by a utilitarian, then they would say that abortion is a right however a virtuous person would say it is wrong. As a result, a moral dilemma emerges; yet utilitarianism proves that the virtue ethics argument is wrong by proving that abortion is not always an unkind act.
