Artie Voigt is a teacher in Elementary school. Voigt has always been surrounded by traditional ways of doing at school. It is when he became father that his opinions about homework at Elementary school changed. He thinks that the charge homework to the children in Elementary school is not efficient. He thinks that children should have to do a tons of homework.
