In a sense, Islam is the religion that is still a baby in the sense that it has never really considered growing, evolving, and progressing, but it is also the most criticized as. It is a religion that oppresses women and puts men on a pedestal. For instance, if we take a look at the clothing restrictions, women should be covered from their hair to their toes and some of them even go as far as wearing a burqa, a scarf that covers the whole face but the eyes.
