My name is Josh Strano Howard and I am studying to obtain my dream job, teaching in the elementary level. I have a caring and outgoing personality which drives my passion to make people smile by finding enjoyment and passion in their lives. Throughout my education I have struggled with dyslexia, this struggle helped shaped the person I am today and shaped my educational philosophy. The core of my philosophy is the retaining growing and using of internal motivation.
