I think the healthiest way to learn about sexuality is from books. I feel that in books it informs you very well and it also has pictures which can help those who are more visual. Reading in a book about it is way less awkward than having someone explain it to you and most people prefer not having this uncomfortable conversation. I prefer much more being in my own head and learning by myself and also having expert explain it instead of, for example, a teacher that is obligated to talk about it in a sex aid class with a bunch of immature teenagers.
