First of all, I think it’s important to learn how to use local and seasonal ingredients when we cook. In fact, to help the planet deal with the climate changes, we have to stop de exportation and the importation of products. We have to use what we have under our hand like how our ancestors did. That’s why I decided to cook a seasonal desert which main ingredient comes from my neighbour’s garden: a zucchini and chocolate bread.
