Rupi Kaur is an Indian-born Canadian poet. Her works have been published in books,and on many social media platforms. I have chosen one of her poems regarding the true meaning of the body. This poem expresses how their is more to a womens body then physical characteristics. She starts off by apologizing to all the women she has complimented based on physical aspects. She regrets not complementing them for who they truly are.
