I feel that the central ethical question for the digital arts moving into the future is the concept of ownership protection. The protection from theft is a concern with digital property in the present time, and it might remain a problem in the future. If I try hard enough or install the right app, I can have any artwork that I want. I can print it and put it on my wall for the price of an app. That is outright stealing.
