9/11. The work of every Arab and Muslim. We all know that that's not the case, yet undermined deep in the subconscious of many people remains judgement and doubt. What we learn, what we see in the media, and what is said by people we know and don't know is how this information infiltrates our brains and what gives us the idea of a "good" Arab or Muslim versus a "bad" Arab or Muslim.
