Moon of the Crusted Snow is a fiction novel written by Waubgeshig Rice who is from the Wasauksing First Nation. This story follows an Anishinaabe community as they try and live through an apocalyptic winter. All communication and power have been mysteriously cut off and the people must try to survive through a harsh winter, with unexpected guests arriving and causing havoc.
