Hey! I’m Joanne De Guzman, a first-year and upcoming second-year BS Information Technology Student studying at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila Campus. I’m one of our department’s student council officers and being a student leader, my number one goal is to serve and empower through technology. We were given the chance to experience being in the first batch of SEAMAO’s Virtual TVET Student Exchange Programme.
