As a Canadian who doesn't live in a big town, but in a region in the center of Quebec, I consider the forest as being a huge portion of my culture. A large part of the economy is based on what the forest can give us. Furthermore, being in a science program, I can relate to the forest and especially in the field of biology, where I could experiment and do some research about plants or animals. From another point of view, the forest can be a relaxing place for some good free time. Something that I love about our Canadian forests is their size, they are all so vast.
