My call to action is to advocate to reduce the coal-burning factories in developing countries such as China, India. The appropriate approach is to lower the privilege of coal-burning comprises by ameliorating marginalized populations living conditions and lead them to accepting and affording the use of new energy such as wind energy or solar energy.
