Hi! My name is Mia and I am a third year PIF student from Montreal, Canada. I decided that I was interested in pursuing education after spending many summers working as a lifeguard and swimming coach at a community pool. I loved spending my summers teaching young children how to swim and passing on my love for swimming to my students. This job has allowed me to work with children of all ages and experience teaching at different levels. It has helped my realize that I am passionate about education and creating a safe and caring classroom for my students.
