I have been into photography since the late 1980’s and there are times where I desperately miss my old SLR camera and traditional film. The smell, the tactile feel of loading the roll, the clack and click of the shutter mechanism, and the excitement of waiting to see if you actually got anything of value on that roll of film. All that said, I wouldn’t go back to it. Digital photography has opened up a world of opportunity for me and so many others. I can do more with photography now than I ever could have before.
