I believe that when we move on in life to bigger and better things, adventures and opertunities, we must make sacrifices. Tara chose to go to school, gain an education and change her life. While living this new life filled with all this new knowledge, we see Tara break out of this sort of cacoon she was in when living back at home. We see her go to the hospital for the first time in her life, something she would have never done if she was still back at home, living on that mountain. She has learned so much and has experienced new things, that the life she once lived is not the same anymore…
