In February of 2023, I had the pleasure of attending a talk about the Haudenosaunee Creation story told by one of the student ambassadors at our school. While telling the story, they had a beautifully painted mural that portrayed the whole history and all the characters. I thought that the deep connection that the deities had with nature and animals was the most interesting to listen to.
