As part of my involvement as a high school volleyball coach, I got approached to do some additional work. Since I have a good sense of organization and leadership, I was given the task to organize and manage most tournaments hosted by my school. As an organizer, I have to be the first to arrive and the last to leave. The basis of my role is to run the tournament by delegating tasks, setting up everything for the day, dealing with sports injuries, entering the results on an online platform for the RSEQ, doing medal ceremonies, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the event!
