Power in my family

My family has its fair share of complexity when it comes to power distribution. In case of families power refers to the ability of an individual to change the behavior of other family members( Paulon,2020). In my family there is a division of power between my father and mother. My father is responsible for all the external matters while my mother is responsible for all the internal matters of family.
