The Vanier Garden is not only a place for plants and trees, it consists of many diverse and varied creatures like ants, worms, birds, mice, hares, etc. It opened my eyes to the importance of taking care of the creatures around us by allowing them to live in their natural habitats and helping them even during their hibernation season like the insect hotel which would allow the bees to hibernate inside the log for the winter season.
