Our first meeting this morning was very solid. There were definitely a couple of hiccups and awkward silences, but we accomplished what we needed to. At the beginning of the call, Gunner was asking the questions and no one would respond, but as we got further into the call they opened up and were very collaborative and talkative. My biggest fear is just that we wont be able to communicate well on the calls. A few of the girls had really strong accents and I could not make out what they were saying.
