Religion is a kind of bond that binds a person to a community, culture, course of action, ideology, etc. Someone calls it belief in something sacred, a distinction between sacred and profane spaces and/or objects. To make something religious is to have some type of belief in God, but everyone’s belief is different depending on the culture someone is located in.
