As pre-service and in-service teachers, we dreaded the idea of being ill-prepared to cope with our students' behaviors. Therefore, we thought it would be crucial to add positive strategies to enable effective teaching practices; in hopes of creating a conducive environment for our learners. We chose to use the following article and scrutinize its findings at length.
