There are three principles for risk communication. These principle give us information that we need to pay attention to obejctive indicators but for leader that is not only enough. They need to pay attention on perception because it create problem and crisis.there are also few guidelines to communicate in risk situtation and in risk situtaion the best communication channel is dialogue and conversation however this is not enough. We need to make sure that we are not only talking, we are also listening.
