SFU’s robotic exoskeleton designed to help people with disabilities walk again

Summary:At the B.C. Tech Summit in vancouver's convention center, the SFU surprised people with a wearable robot exoskeleton. The robot allows the wearer to maintain balance and experience upright walking. The team behind the robot is aiming to do more testing in 2019 and to release the robot by 2020. But no robotics company has yet mass-produced the wearable robot exoskeleton. Because these exoskeletons are expensive.
