A suicide bomber blew himself up near the Afghan election commission Islamic State claimed responsibility for the blast.At least four officials IEC(indenpendent election commission) and two policeman were wounded in the attack.The suicide bomber blew himself near a car, it was not clear that how many people were around the car when the blast happened.The attack came as officials at the IEC have begun the counting vote after much delayed parliamentary polls on 33 of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces were completed last week.
