Self-directed learning isn't the only true learning

I disagree with this view. Part of the learning process can be self-directed, especially things that are more spiritual, but not all learning can be self-directed. It is important to learn from others also. Education from school is also a true way of learning. When people teach others, it allows students to have access to the teacher's knowledge. It is an advantage to learn what other people know. Experience and knowledge acquired through years take time to be gained. Learning from others is a way to have more knowledge faster.
