Today in the garden, I noticed a little snail making its way across an upside down log. aking its way across an upside down log. In this moment as I watched it move so patiently carrying its home on its back the same way us humans carry our own responsibilities throughout our lives, I couldn't help but think of it as a little neibhour. The snail moves slowly but yet its steadiness reminds me that every individual in a community regardless of size, quietness or them being overlooked they still play an important role.
