Being Inclusive means taking into consideration and attempting to accommodate every person and/or student’s individual needs. We believe being inclusive means understanding your students and trying to ensure each and every individual feels appreciated and assisted. This process can be extremely challenging seeing as what some students see as helpful others may be confused or disturbed by. It is important to ensure that every individual within the classroom feels respected and continuously respects others. It is necessary that all students feel welcome and comfortable within the class.
