I really enjoyed today's activity. During the pandemic it become very difficult to stop the spread of any false information related to epidemiology. An emerging infectious disease phenomenon, such as the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, requires careful communication of public health messages to a diverse audience. Reminders about infection risk and severity of illness may be part of a comprehensive communication plan, but this information can be effective in achieving the overall goal if it does not combine with messages about specific tasks to help workers reduce risk.
