Subconscious bias is also known as unconsciousbias, or implicit bias. These are the social stereotypes which operates outside of person's awareness or person's control. It is a kind of prejudice, we humans are not aware of, the things we do and don't realize. It is unintended people preferences which are formed by people daily experiences, in which people make their own judgments of people around them. We categorize individuals into social categories like cultural background, gender, race etc, develop bias and make judgments.
