Subconscious bias refers to social stereotypes in the minds of the people about some of the groups. Every person has unconscious biases against other people, race, and so on. Subconscious biases come into our minds urgently, and we even do not know about them. These can be any quick thoughts or ideas on seeing an incident or judging a person. These biases are ingrained in one's life from childhood.
