This form of Islam, Sufism, has expressed itself through its adherents by music, dance, poems, and philosophy. One of their main practices is called Sufi whirling. This dance consists in whirling with traditional music and is expressed differently in many different countries in Samas, ceremonies that have been formalized over time.
