TEST-1

Proper hand washing helps in the removal of germs and bacteria from the hands and prevent sickness because contaminated hands transfer germs to eyes, mouth, and nose. Children are unaware of the fact that their hands have germs. So, teachers should encourage them to wash their hands properly. First of all, wet your hand with water and close the tap. Now apply some soap. Rub and scrub your hands for about twenty minutes. The next step is to rinse your hands under the water and after that dry them with a clean towel or paper.
