Teaching Philosophy

As an educator, I see myself as a gardener, nurturing young minds with enthusiasm and knowledge while sowing seeds of hope for the future. Like dark and tiny seeds in my hands, learners may appear similar at first, but they grow into diverse individuals, each requiring unique care, nourishment, and conditions to thrive. It is not enough to simply let them survive; we must cultivate environments where they can flourish, blossom, and grow into their authentic selves—free from the pressure to conform to uniformity.
