The communication is the important source of sending and receiving information from one person to another. In Child care center, communication is essential as it allows parents and ECE to know more about the child's day to day activity. so that ECE can work on the weakness of the children and strengthen their skills. As the ECE, we will have the conversation with parents, supervisor, staff and children.
