Thankgiving is an traditional American holiday. Being an black American, it's a little different from everyone else. Most families prepare turkey and smash potatoes as the main dish. In my family, that isn't the main dish. I loved watching my grandmother cook every dish early in the morning. She would prepare yams, mac n cheese, collard greens, etc. My grandmother makes turkey, but she cuts it up into pieces. My grandmother is normally completely finish with food at like 6 pm. The rest of the family doesn't start showing up for dinner until 8pm. I love the way my family celebrate…
